Locate Your Logs
Crash logs let us diagnose in minutes instead of days. Here's exactly where to find them.
Open Run Dialog
Press Win + R to open the Run dialog. Paste the path below exactly as shown and press Enter. Windows will open the log folder directly.

Find the Right File
Sort the folder by Date Modified. The most recent .log or .dmp file is your crash log. If multiple files have the same date, take the largest one.
Attach & Report
Scroll to the Submit Ticket form below. Attach the log file. The entire process takes about 90 seconds and significantly accelerates our diagnosis.
Crash logs are treated as technical data only — no personal information is extracted beyond the error context.

Back them up before any major patch. As of v0.8.6, the game creates an automatic backup save every 3 real-world minutes during active sessions.
