What This Is
This is an independent studio. Blood & Silence is an ambitious project built without external funding.
We are looking for passionate 3D artists, sound designers, or voice actors for Rev-Share / Volunteer / Portfolio building collaboration specifically for Blood & Silence.
There are no corporate salaries here — just the work and what it becomes. If you want to put your name on something that will not compromise, keep reading.
A defined percentage of net revenue tied to your contribution, documented in a written agreement before any work begins.
Contribution-based. Full credit, reference letters from the studio, and public acknowledgement in the shipped game.
Work that ships in a commercial release. Your name on a June 25, 2026 title on Steam and Epic Games Store.

3D ENVIRONMENT
ARTIST
Ashvale's six districts require hard-surface and architectural assets — Victorian gothic stonework, 1990s brutalist concrete, signage, industrial props. UE5 / Nanite workflow. Reference package provided.
CHARACTER
ARTIST
Mara Cole, Harrow, Silas Vane, and supporting cast require final-quality character models. Full character briefs and GDD character profiles available on request to shortlisted applicants.
SOUND
DESIGNER
Audio-first game with a complex propagation system. Specific need: ambient environment layering for six districts, Grey Night transition sequences, and Harrow's presence system.
VOICE
ACTOR — MARA
Mara Cole: 34, British or neutral accent, four documented psychological states that require distinct performance registers. Non-union. Record remotely. Full script and character document provided.
VOICE
ACTOR — HARROW
Harrow communicates in clipped professional language that is significantly more frightening than threats. Deep, controlled, zero theatrical inflection. The absence of emotion is the performance.
ANIMATOR

Mara's four psychological states each have distinct locomotion and idle animations. Fear state: short bursts of movement, frequent wall-press stops. Dissociation: controlled but slightly detached. UE5 compatible rig.

Send your portfolio and a brief explanation of why this project. Every application is read. Shortlisted applicants receive a response within one week.
Review the devlog to understand what the project is and what it is trying to do. If the game does not interest you genuinely, the collaboration will not work.
Portfolio link, discipline, and a specific reason you want to work on this game. "I love horror games" is not a reason. "I heard the Harrow section description and I know exactly how to approach the audio" is a reason.
